Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Software QA Engineer, to champion excellence throughout our mobile application development lifecycle. You'll work with a team of talented Software Quality Engineers (SQEs) and play a critical role in ensuring every Android and iOS release is rigorously tested before reaching users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• QA Team: Empower a team of Software Quality Engineers (SQEs) to achieve optimal performance and deliver high-quality software.

• Automation Champion: Develop and execute automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.

• Testing Expertise: Craft comprehensive test plans, cases, and supporting documentation (testability requirements, flowcharts) aligned with product requirements and user scenarios.

• Continuous Improvement Advocate: Actively participate in technical, product, and testing discussions, proposing improvements to test methodologies and evaluating new testing tools.

• Data-Driven Quality Analysis: Summarize and organize project issues, conduct data analysis to identify trends, and evaluate overall application quality.

• Defect Management Pro: Effectively submit, track, and verify the resolution of bugs and user-reported issues.

• Hardware Interaction: Experience testing mobile apps that communicate with external peripherals (Bluetooth/HID).

• User Experience Focus: Ensure that the addition of new features does not compromise the core "plug-and-play" experience of our existing app.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Android and iOS testing. Be familiar with the mobile application testing process and release process. Project management experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to independently formulate test plans, complete test case design and execution, and be able to assist in answering development related queries.

• Familiar with the testing process, master commonly used software testing tools, understand the ideas and related technologies of automated testing, and be able to use automated testing tools.

• Have a good sense of what is considered a bug and ​​can analyze and track it until resolved.

• Have a certain programming language foundation, experience in java, lua, python script writing is preferred.

• Have a strong team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Having the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to meet project goals and adapt to shifting requirements during iterative development cycles.

• Have good English listening, reading and writing skills are preferred.

• Having a basic understanding of version control systems like Git to track code changes and collaborate effectively with the development team.

• Familiar with fundamental API testing concepts and tools (e.g., Postman or Swagger) to verify backend services and data payloads.
