Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :岗位职责
负责公司Android与iOS平台移动App的全程质量保障工作，参与需求评审，制定测试策略、计划及方案。
独立设计和执行测试用例，进行功能、兼容性、性能、稳定性、安全性及用户体验等多方面的测试。
熟练运用自动化测试工具与框架，设计和维护UI自动化测试脚本，提升回归测试效率。
准确定位并跟踪缺陷，协同开发人员快速定位问题根源，推动问题及时解决，并对缺陷进行复盘分析。
在敏捷开发流程中，积极参与迭代开发，确保测试活动与开发进度紧密配合，保障产品高质量按时发布。
研究并引入新的测试方法、工具和技术，持续优化测试流程，提升团队测试能力。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业，拥有3年及以上移动App测试经验。
精通Android和iOS平台的特性、测试要点、发布流程及常用调试工具。
熟练掌握至少一种主流移动端自动化测试框架，如Appium、Airtest等，具备实际脚本编写经验。
掌握基本的性能测试方法，能使用工具监控和分析App的内存、CPU、耗电量等关键指标。
熟悉常见的抓包工具，能够进行接口测试；了解客户端基础知识，能初步阅读日志定位问题。
具备清晰严谨的逻辑思维，出色的分析和解决问题能力，对产品质量有高度的敏感度。
具备优秀的沟通能力和强烈的责任心，工作积极主动，能承受一定的工作压力。
具备良好的文档撰写习惯，能清晰地撰写测试计划、用例及报告。
具备良好的英文文档阅读能力。
优先考虑条件
有持续集成经验，熟悉如何在Jenkins、GitLab CI等平台上集成移动端自动化测试者优先。
有大型或知名互联网企业移动App测试经验者优先。
英语听说能力优秀者优先。
