Role Overview:

At Trellix ,we are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. Automation experience in Python is a core requirement for this position.

About the role :

• Work with research/development teams to create test plans and write automated scripts to perform repeatable tasks
• Enhance automation framework to support various QA activities
• Automate using in-house developed Python framework
• Collaborate with other team members during creation of new features and test plans 
• Execute, Debug and analyze testing activities to help measure product quality and qualify releases on daily basis
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in automation suites
   

About You :

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer engineering or a related field 
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of work experience in QA field
• Proficiency in Python programming is must
• Good knowledge of operation systems and web based technologies like REST
• Basic understanding of security domain is desirable
• Self-starter and should be able to work with minimal supervision
