What you'll be doing 

As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality of our product solutions through rigorous testing and collaboration with the development team. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Test and evaluate software – By rigorously testing our apps and software features across various platforms to ensure they meet our high quality standards for functionality and usability.

• Identify and diagnose issues – By skillfully identifying and diagnosing bugs and defects through systematic testing to facilitate efficient problem resolution by the development team.

• Report software issues – By thoroughly documenting identified issues, including steps to reproduce and expected vs. actual results, for clear communication with the development team.

• Collaborate on fixes – By working closely with development and other cross-functional teams on bug fixes, participating in discussions, and verifying the implemented solutions.

• Explore technologies – By assessing new IT products and technologies in the QA space for potential benefit to Satispay's testing processes and overall product quality.

Who we're looking for 

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Relevant experience – Previous experience in app or software testing, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

• Technical & problem-solving skills – Strong technical aptitude and logical problem-solving abilities to effectively analyze software behavior and identify root causes of issues.

• Precision & attention to detail – Meticulous in execution with a detail-oriented mindset to ensure thorough and accurate testing coverage.

• Passion for QA & IT – A genuine interest in IT, curiosity about new testing methodologies and technologies, and enthusiasm for manual testing as a critical component of software development.

• Language proficiency – Fluency in both Italian and English, enabling effective communication within our international team.
