✨ What You’ll Do 
  • Define, maintain, and improve organization-wide QA standards and quality processes.
  • Lead and support ISO 9001/ASPICE readiness and certification activities
  • Establish and audit compliance with internal quality policies and procedures.
  • Review and approve test strategies, test plans, and test results for software releases. 
  • Assess release readiness and approve or block releases from a quality perspective
  • Act as a primary quality contact for customers, answering questions related to processes, controls, and quality practices. 
  • Identify quality risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Define and monitor quality metrics and release quality criteria.
  • Promote pragmatic, efficient compliance that supports delivery goals. 
🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance in a senior or lead role in regulated or high-quality environments. 
  • Experience with quality maturity standards in medical or automotive fields (ASPICE). 
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLCs. 
  • Experience reviewing and approving test plans and release readiness. 
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and auditing skills. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, auditors, and cross-functional teams
  • Confident, pragmatic, and able to balance compliance with delivery efficiency.
