YOUR ROLE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•             Modeling of engineering activities, methods and processes in the internal system (Stages)

•             Simplifying and updating processes or procedures

•             Analysis of existing engineering activities and identification of missing elements,

•             Finding synergies in existing processes, striving to simplify them in order to increase efficiency

•             Analysis of submitted process proposals

•             Moderating ideas for improvement, working on processes with different competencies

•             Global configuration of tools for standardization

•             Ensuring compliance of the standard process with the ASPICE standard

•             Identification of systemic problems based on 3L5W analysis

•             Guiding others within the company's competencies to make appropriate changes to related processes

•             Suggesting simplification of processes and procedures

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Min. 3 years to 6Years professional experience within engineering (SW preferred)
• Shall already have participated a complete design cycle of a product that
• Engineering bachelor degree or similar
• Mandatory need to know standard MS Office Package
• Some working experience with tools for processes modeling (Visio, Lucid Charts)
• High motivated, independent working style; highly flexible and result-oriented
• Analytical approach to problem solving and process modeling
• Systems knowledge like GES, Swift, Census, Planview, BIF, Jira, Confluence, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins are welcome
• Standards knowledge like ASPICE and Functional Safety, Cybersecurity are welcome
• Fluent English required (minimum B2 Level)
