YOUR ROLE
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and perform ASPICE assessment
• Develop, coordinate and schedule Automotive SPICE assessment for the region
• Lead and document Automotive SPICE assessments
• Review and analyze Automotive SPICE results
• Develops and maintains methods, templates and training for Automotive SPICE
• Develops and supports development of training for the Software Quality organization
• Develops and supports development of training for APTIV processes
• Perform trainings for Software Quality organization and APTIV processes
• Gather tool requirements from Software quality organization to improve/enhance the tool capability
• Develop and maintain tools for software quality organization
• Develop and maintain methods and trainings for tools used
• Provides inputs for improving Software Quality performance
• Gathers and analyzes software quality data for regional and global projects
• Identifies key metrics for process improvement
• Reports status, trends and metrics regionally across all projects to the Software Quality organization
• Provides inputs for improving Software Quality performance
Develops and maintain methods and trainings for quality metrics
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 12+ years of experience working in Automotive industry
- Knowledge in ASPICE (Intacs certified ASPICE Competent Assessor Preferred)
- Experience working on Systems/Software Engineering activities
- Working experience on DOORS/Polarion, JIRA, Coverity, Enterprise Architect etc.
- Automotive SPICE
- Functional Safety ISO26262
- IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
- Agile, Lean, Six Sigma
