We are looking for full-time Software Quality Assurance Analyst to add to our team! All you need is a Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or 1-3 years of related experience required. We will teach you the rest!           

A Day in The Life as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst you will be: 

  • Responsible for conducting testing on software, websites, and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues.
  • Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product. 
  • Identifies appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. 
  • Conduct testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements within established guidelines. Identifies, logs, and recreates error codes, bugs, and defects. 
  • Extensive knowledge of software and database testing, including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication. 
  • When a product does not perform within specifications, will be responsible for reporting defects to the software team while identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates. 
  • Create and carry out test plans to make sure all goals are reached. 
  • Refrains from assuming any duty that is unrelated to and/or interferes with the responsibilities of the position. 
  • Advocates, promotes, and practices cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in all day-to-day interactions. 
  • Develops, promotes, and practices teamwork in all activities.
