About the Role
We are looking for a Software QA Specialist to join our Engineering Nexus – Integrity team.
You will work closely with software engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through a combination of manual and automated testing. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle — from understanding requirements and identifying risks to building automated tests, investigating defects, and continuously improving our testing practices.
Our products use modern test automation technologies, including Cypress and Playwright.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests.
- Build and maintain reliable automated test suites using the technologies adopted across our products.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Test APIs and integrations as part of end-to-end product validation.
- Identify, investigate, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with software engineers to improve testability and identify quality risks early.
- Contribute to automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Help improve testing practices, automation frameworks, and overall product quality.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced QA team members.
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience with modern web test automation frameworks.
- Good programming or scripting skills, preferably JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Experience with Git or another version control system.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional engineering team.
- Proactive approach to quality and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Robot or similar web automation technologies.
- Experience with API test automation.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with performance testing.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
