We are seeking a QA Manager (C1 English required) to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about quality strategy, agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a QA Manager with strong leadership experience and a strategic mindset to define, scale, and drive quality across multiple products and teams. While this is a strategic and administrative leadership role, a solid technical QA background is required to make informed decisions regarding test strategy, risk management, delivery trade-offs, and quality outcomes. The QA Manager will work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Leadership teams, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle and aligned with business priorities.

This role is ideal for a leader who can bring structure, clarity, and predictability to complex and evolving delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and define the overall QA strategy, aligned with product roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a QA organization of 30+ people, including QA Leads and senior contributors.
  • Perform capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation across multiple teams and concurrent initiatives.
  • Anticipate delivery and quality risks, proactively adjusting QA strategy, staffing, and priorities.
  • Translate product roadmaps and delivery plans into clear QA execution models.
  • Define test strategies for new products, large-scale enhancements, and complex integrations.
  • Establish and monitor delivery-oriented quality metrics, such as release readiness, quality gates, and predictability.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Delivery Managers, and Scrum Masters to balance quality, speed, and risk.
  • Guide teams on automation strategy and adoption (hands-on automation execution is not required).
  • Drive continuous improvement of QA processes in fast-growing or changing environments.
  • Mentor QA leaders, fostering ownership, accountability, and leadership maturity across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on quality, delivery impact, and operational trade-offs.
Experience
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within product development environments.
  • 4–6 years of experience in QA leadership roles, supporting multi-team and multi-product delivery.
  • Proven experience in QA capacity planning, forecasting, and roadmap alignment.
  • Strong background collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Delivery leadership.
  • Experience defining QA strategies for complex products, integrations, and large-scale releases.
  • Solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their impact on QA planning.
  • Experience scaling QA processes in fast-growing or evolving organizations.
  • Prior exposure to test automation concepts (hands-on automation development is not required).
Certifications

Candidates with ISTQB Advanced or Expert Level certifications are highly preferred, particularly:

  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Manager (CTAL-TM / CTAL-TM 3.0)
  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Analyst (CTAL-TA)
  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Automation Engineering (CTAL-TAE)
  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level – Technical Test Analyst (CTAL-TTA)

Expert Level

  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Expert Level – Assessing the Test Process (CTEL-ITP-ATP)
  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Expert Level – Implementing Test Process Improvements (CTEL-ITP-ITPI)
  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Expert Level – Strategic Test Management (CTEL-TM-SM)
  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Expert Level – Operational Test Management (CTEL-TM-OTM)
  • ISTQB® Certified Tester Expert Level – Managing the Test Team (CTEL-TM-MTT)
