Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and data requirements to ensure test coverage and accuracy
- Perform both manual and automated testing of applications and systems
- Create, review, and maintain test data for various testing scenarios
- Identify, log, and track defects while providing regular updates on test progress
- Document test cases, test processes, and quality outcomes clearly and accurately
- Support the preparation of quality metrics and status reports for stakeholders
- Apply QA best practices and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing strategies and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in software quality assurance
- Basic knowledge of at least one database management system (DBMS)
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
