Job Description:
Join DTN’s Consumer Weather Team, where we deliver trusted weather insights to millions of users every day through our mobile apps and website. We're looking for a QA Test Analyst with a passion for quality and user experience to help ensure the highest standards across our web products.
As a QA Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving the quality of our web releases. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, build robust test plans, and help deliver a seamless and reliable experience for our users.
What you will be responsible for:
Reviewing product requirements and defining clear, testable acceptance criteria for web features.
Designing and executing functional, regression, and cross-browser tests across desktop and mobile devices.
Creating and maintaining detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for responsive web applications.
Logging and tracking defects using tools like JIRA, and working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure high-quality web releases.
Contributing to automated testing efforts using modern web testing tools.
Staying current with web testing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve QA processes.
What you will bring to the role:
3+ years of experience in software testing, experience with high-traffic websites is a plus.
Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser behaviour.
Proven experience in functional, regression, and UI/UX testing for responsive websites.
Skilled in cross-browser and cross-device testing across desktop and mobile platforms.
Proficient in using tools like JIRA for logging and tracking defects.
Familiarity with automation tools (Playwright, Pytest-BDD, Python) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills for effective collaboration.

Compensation:
The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 58,333 and PHP 83,333 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
