What you'll own- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, test suites, and scripts to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and test analysts to build quality into software through continuous testing, code-level validation, and automation.
- Execute and enhance unit, component, API, performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing strategies.
- Integrate automated testing into Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring reliable and scalable software releases.
- Analyze test results, identify quality risks, recommend improvements, and drive continuous quality initiatives across Agile development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- 4+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, test automation, or software development.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C#, Groovy, SQL, or similar.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and integrating testing solutions within CI/CD environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
- Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience designing automated testing strategies across multiple platforms, applications, and technology stacks.
- Experience with performance, load, security, API, mobile, and service virtualization testing tools.
