Job Summary

The Software QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct software testing to identify and resolve defects.

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Perform test automation and software quality assurance (SQA) activities.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software quality.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the quality assurance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

  • Preferred: Experience in software testing and test automation.
