JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a marketing Software Project Manager with hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and website migration projects. You’ll be leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-impact projects, working alongside developers, marketers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

* You’re a structured and proactive project manager with a strong foundation in web technology and digital experiences.
* You’ve successfully managed website migrations
* You can speak both “tech” and “business,” easily translating goals into timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
* You’re confident leading meetings, keeping teams accountable, and clearing roadblocks before they cause delays.
* You care about quality, performance, and user experience—and know how to deliver projects that meet all three.
Tasks
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead the end-to-end project management cycle, ensuring smooth handoffs between technical and non-technical teams.
* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across development, QA, design, and marketing.
* Coordinate with client stakeholders, clarify requirements, and translate business goals into actionable tasks.
* Identify risks and blockers early, propose solutions, and keep the project on track.
* Monitor sprint progress and report updates regularly to both internal teams and clients.
* Use tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to manage tickets, timelines, and team collaboration.
* Support QA and deployment efforts, ensuring successful rollout and post-launch stability.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
✅ 3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally with web or digital agency teams.
✅ Proven experience managing website migrations, including content strategy.
✅ Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
✅ Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to manage client-facing conversations.
✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common PM tools like Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp.
✅ Ability to collaborate across time zones, manage distributed teams, and keep communication flowing.
