We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional software development teams, manage project lifecycles from inception to delivery, and ensure the successful execution of client-focused software solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical deliverables and foster high-performing teams through agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Create detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions within timeline and budget.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
- Translate business requirements into functional deliverables.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
Process Optimization
- Implement and improve agile and project management best practices.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and project governance processes.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 5–8 years of experience managing software projects, with a proven track record of delivering scalable web and mobile applications.
· Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and software development life cycle (SDLC).
· Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Background in software engineering or technical understanding of modern tech stacks.
· Experience working in a consulting or multi-client services environment.
