- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software development and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a software project manager, managing full software development lifecycle projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing Agile software development projects is preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
