As our new Software Project Manager, you play a direct role in turning this purpose into real, meaningful software solutions. You will lead projects that power GN’s hearing, audio, video, and gaming products worldwide - helping people hear more, collaborate better, and experience more of life.
The team you will be part of:
You will become part of our Portfolio & Delivery Management team in software solutions R&D, responsible for the development of all platforms that connect our devices with users. We are a diverse, motivated group of project managers and design control specialists who manage both project delivery and redefine our way of working at GN.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Lead software development projects as Epic Owner
Plan, coordinate, and guide project execution
Own projects and collaborate closely with product owners, product managers, commercial teams, hardware/embedded software specialists
Work in a unique and close collaboration with design control leads that support with documentation and regulatory requirements
Monitor essential KPIs and guide early risk-reduction measures
Guide the GN product development lifecycle and continuously enhance processes
Represent your project teams in governance and reporting
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Experience delivering software solutions in an agile/SAFe environment
Clear communication and effective collaboration skills
A structured, curious, and solution‑oriented mindset
Some experience with hardware or embedded systems beneficial
Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with project management methods (PMP, Prince2 beneficial)
Interest in process improvement and AI‑enabled ways of working
Proficiency in English both orally and in writing
