Bosch Rexroth Corporation seeks Software Project Coordinator (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 8 South Chase Court, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Work closely with customers, engineering, and sales to ensure the timely development of customer requirements. Ensure the quality processes are adhered to, and that the post development requirements met. Take the lead and coordinate amongst different functions across countries and organizations. Lead technical and non-technical aspects of the PEP process applied to customer projects from the conception till the delivery. Coordinate with sales, customers, and partners to define expectations and responsibilities. Coordinate with engineering to determine effort and other supporting technical work. Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering to determine inventory, flashing and testing to determine prototype and series lead times. Communicate across all stakeholders about ability to meet delivery and escalate accordingly if deliverables cannot be met. Lead project meetings to meet all deliverables outlined above. Act as coordinator for inter-plant component purchases required for every project. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Software Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or occupation involving process/product development. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Project and people management software tools (Microsoft Project and Jira); (2) ISO norms applied to machine performance and safety (25119, 19014, or 13849); (3) Microsoft Visio; (4) Problem Solving Methods: Ishikawa/Fish Bone; and (5) PEP process applied for Software Projects.
