Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Product Owner & Business Analyst to join our R&D Customer Software team. This key role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications within our product portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across Customer Software, R&D System, and Information Technology to meet and exceed customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Define user stories and maintain the product backlog to align with the product vision and goals.
Prioritize and order the product backlog to ensure important tasks are given top priority.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and analyze user needs to derive functional designs and software requirements.
Contribute to product conceptualization and take ownership of feature designs from system level to delivery.
Evaluate new or changed technology solutions for functional fit with current and desired business processes.
Provide product support for internal and external stakeholders.
Write, maintain, and coordinate technical documentation, including Software Requirements Specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
4 to 5 years of experience working with a mix of technology platforms.
Strong business analysis background with an ability to focus on important facts and identify dependencies.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
High energy, motivated performer with high standards to deliver excellence.
Demonstrated critical thinking and broad perspective on technical development.
Excellent knowledge of technical English.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with medical device software development.
Broad organizational experience and technical knowledge in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Ability to contribute to strategy and roadmaps.
