In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
 
  • Support customer and market discovery activities by translating qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear problem statements, user insights, and customer personas.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to identify market trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to clarify product requirements and support product development efforts.
  • Assist with evaluating product features, reviewing trade-offs, and ensuring project activities remain aligned with customer needs and product objectives.
  • Contribute to product launch preparation through the development of release materials, internal communications, and success metrics.
  • Analyze post-launch data and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Explore innovative customer workflows enabled by data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Develop and present recommendations, findings, and project outcomes to stakeholders and product leadership.
  • Take ownership of a defined project and deliver measurable results throughout the internship experience.

For This Role, You Will Need:
 
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field
  • Interest in understanding how software products are developed, delivered, and adopted by customers.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience applying analytical thinking, research methods, problem solving, or software development skills through coursework, projects, internships, or other relevant experiences.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment where priorities may evolve and not every requirement is predefined.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the internship is located without current or future sponsorship requirements.
 
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field
  • Exposure to customer research, market analysis, product strategy, product development, or software lifecycle processes.
  • Experience using data analysis tools, visualization platforms, or business intelligence solutions.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile practices.
  • Knowledge of test and measurement systems, embedded technologies, industrial software, or engineering applications.
  • Experience creating presentations, demonstrations, or project deliverables for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven applications.
