What you’ll achieve
As a Software Principal Engineer, you will design and build sophisticated systems and software that translate customers’ business objectives into impactful, enterprise grade solutions.
You will:
- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions that enable customer workloads across private and public cloud environments Drive complex problems solutions throughout the entire lifecycle—from architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and ongoing supportability.
- Collaborate within agile scrum teams, contributing technical leadership through design documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvements that elevate product quality and engineering excellence.
- Leverage AI driven engineering practices to increase development velocity, improve code quality, and enhance automation capabilities across the platform-driven engineering practices

Essential Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience. Strong proficiency in Python, including modern frameworks, libraries, packaging, tooling, and REST‑based API development.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, VMware vSphere, Ansible and major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Hands‑on experience with distributed system design, complex service modeling, and foundational networking concepts and protocols.
- Proven ability to drive technical design, architecture quality, and cross‑product architectural decisions for complex systems.
- Skilled with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices, including infrastructure‑as‑code, GitOps workflows, automated testing, containerized deployments, observability-driven operations, and continuous security (DevSecOps).
Desirable Requirements
- Strong grasp of security principles, modern cloud platform architectures, and hands-on experience with model‑driven design frameworks such as TOSCA, DSLs, and other GPL-based modeling approaches.
- Real, demonstrable experience using AI‑driven or AI‑assisted software development practices, including code generation, automated refactoring, intelligent tooling, or other AI‑enhanced engineering workflows.
