We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Manager (at least 6 years of relevant experience) to join our small and highly skilled team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Scrum, managing team leaders, C++ and Linux and must have the passion to learn and integrate new technologies to our high-performance ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Manage 2-3 teams
- Lead the execution of new features development.
- Hands on – participate in architecture, design and reviews
- Be part of the group management
You will be expected to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, should be a people person, have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong profiling skills.
RequirementsThe ideal Software Manager who we are looking for should have
• At least 10 years of experience (and love) software development
• At least 5 years of experience managing Team Leaders
• Scrum implementation experience
• Experienced with C++ and Python and Object-Oriented Design
• Linux user background
• Strong technical knowledge and passion to learn more. Understands software development life cycle
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Deliver!
