Department OverviewAn engineering team that specializes in the development of world class digital two-way subscriber radios for the mission critical market.
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Lead/Manage all aspects of product development process including requirement definition, design, implementation and testing.
• Able to manage engineering and also project of the software for the products.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders from SW development, System Test, PDM, SCM, Quality and Hardware.
• Responsible in timeline alignment and resources management.
• Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site world-wide development environment.
• Responsible to meet project's deliverable and timeline requirement in a highly dynamic environment.
• Manage team's performance and quality metrics.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes.
Basic Requirements
• BSEE/MSEE or equivalent with a minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in managerial position.
• Analytical and strong problem-solving skills, and ability to lead the team to drive issues to closure are essential.
• Highly motivated to learn and adapt to fast-changing technologies and environments.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are required.
• Agile SW development and Software PLC.
