The Job:
As a Software Junior Engineer, you’ll be part of our Compass TN IT team working as a on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Understand global IT policy and join global Infra integration project.
- Understand ERP and T2 system to join global ERP integration project.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Develop training materials and procedures, train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
- Level1 System/Network engineer on key system’s deployment / maintenance / troubleshooting.
- Ensure SOX IT compliance in IT operations.
- Take on additional IT tasks and responsibilities as and when required.

- Daily infrastructure and Software support for Tainan Compass sites around 300 users, ensure smooth running of IT systems and ensuring no impact plant operation due to IT issue.
- PC user support include HW and Software , make sure the PC client follow SBD PC and security policy.
- Network integration with global network/ System integration with global system.
- Server Maintenance and Software development.
