About you:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career developer to begin their career in mobile app development. You'll work on Android, iOS, Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM), and React Native projects while learning from experienced developers and contributing to Access Group's mobile software portfolio.
Day-to-day, you will:
Learn and apply mobile development best practices for Android and iOS
Contribute to app features using Kotlin, Swift, React Native, and support KMM development
Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes
Support testing and deployment activities for mobile applications
What you bring:
Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Computer Science–related degree, with basic understanding of mobile development (Android, iOS, or cross‑platform)
Familiar with at least one programming language: Kotlin, Java, Swift, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Interest in learning KMM, React Native, and mobile UI/UX principles
Passionate, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in mobile app development
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Demonstrates strong technical capability by delivering quality solutions, following best practices, and applying appropriate design patterns
Collaborates effectively in cross‑functional teams, communicates clearly, and supports junior team members
Shows innovation and curiosity by exploring new technologies, proposing improvements, and contributing to proof‑of‑concepts
Adapts well to changing priorities, takes ownership of tasks, focuses on results and quality, and actively participates in continuous learning and feedback initiatives
