Maintain Application & Integration Health
- Monitor availability and basic performance indicators; investigate and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Validate and apply updates, configuration changes, and patches following change controls.
- Document runbooks, known errors, and recovery steps to improve repeatability.
- Implement and maintain integrations that ensure accurate, timely data exchange between systems.
- Diagnose and remediate data or workflow exceptions; prevent recurrence through durable fixes.
- Execute routine data migrations and synchronizations with appropriate verification.
- Perform regular backups and basic restore tests for supported applications.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and follow established procedures.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to meet availability and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in application support, integrations, or related operations.
- Understanding of integration patterns, data formats (e.g., JSON/XML), and basic SQL.
- Familiarity with batch/scheduled jobs and secure file exchange concepts.
- Ability to script routine tasks' strong documentation and change-control
