We’re looking for a Software Implementation Manager - Supply Chain to lead the rollout of new digital tools that will enable us to scale our supply chain operations and improve overall performance. In this role, you’ll oversee the implementation of a new inventory management system, the first and most significant step in our broader digital transformation journey. The implementation will impact key internal stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance, as well as external partners including our third-party warehousing providers.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the way technology supports and transforms our supply chain from the ground up. Your role will be critical in driving adoption and enabling stronger collaboration across the entire supply chain ecosystem.
What You’ll Do- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new supply chain software (starting with an inventory management system), ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: serve as the primary project manager, coordinating internal functions (Supply Chain, Finance, etc) and external stakeholders (software and third-party warehousing providers).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system specifications, working with technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, including planning, risk mitigation, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Drive change management efforts, ensuring effective stakeholder communication, user training, and post-implementation adoption.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to align on key system integration elements, including master data structure, API connectivity, and IT architecture, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and deliver measurable impact to supply chain performance.
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with a strong track record in digital transformation and systems implementation.
- Demonstrated success in implementing supply chain software, particularly within areas such as inventory management, demand forecasting, supplier collaboration, or master data management.
- Proven project leadership in complex, cross-functional environments, you’re able to lead and manage detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, align, and influence both internal teams, external vendors and third-party logistics providers.
- Technologically confident — able to communicate effectively with IT teams on topics such as APIs, data architecture, and system integration.
- Willing to travel, some domestic and international travel might be required.
