Your tasks
What You’ll Do
- Configure, deploy & implement our Kardex Warehouse Execution Software (WES)
- Debug across databases, APIs, microservices & middleware
- Analyse logs (Apache log4j) and troubleshoot issues
- Work with automated system such as AutoStore and more + customer WMS/ERP integrations
- Train customers & provide Level 3 software support
- Lead on site software integration activities collaborating with commissioning engineers and customer
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge base documentation.

Your profile
Skills Required
- 3+ years in software deployment, integration, or automation systems
- Configure, deploy and implement Kardex Warehouse Execution Software (WES)
- Proficiency with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Backend development with Core Java, Spring Boot, Java Spark
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ messaging basics
- Debug microservice layers, APIs, middleware and analyse Apache log4j logs
- Experience integrating AutoStore and customer WMS/ERP systems
- Provide Level 3 software support and train customers; lead onsite integration activities
- Willingness to work hybrid in Sydney and travel across APAC ~20-30%
- .NET / C#, Python scripting, Power BI
