Your Contribution:

  • Manages assigned projects and installations through completion
  • Document client issues, questions, and resolutions in the knowledge base software
  • Provides complex application support and guidance to end users
  • Assist in preparing all technical design documents and ensure effective implementation of all products and plan all activities

Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Healthcare and 1 year related work experience OR
  • Associate’s degree in information technology and 3 years related work experience OR 
  • Equivalent relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and networking concepts
  • Experience with project management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills and organizational and prioritization skills
  • Understanding of Clinical Laboratory practices
  • Software training and helpdesk support experience
