- Strategic direction and leadership of the Software departments.
- Manage and motivate a team of talented software engineers to excellence.
- Develop and implement innovative SW solutions for Alma as an industry-leading company.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Requirements
- Degree in SW Engineering, SW System Engineer (advantage)
- Proven experience in leading SW engineers and team development. (at least 5 yaers)
- Proven experience in software development for the medical industry, international standards, and regulations for medical software (advantage)
- Experience with embedded software development (a must) and IoT platforms (advantage)
- Skills and knowledge of Jira, Agile, Scrum methodologies, etc.…
- International communication including communication with authorities (advantage).
- Multidisciplinary and System vision is a must.
- Ability to innovate and lead product and process of innovation.
- Proactive and Success-oriented manner of work and character.
- Strong ability to lead teams to achieve goals and excellence.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle complex technological challenges and solve problems creatively.
