About the role:

We seek a Senior Software QA Engineer to work with the QA Automation engineering team, ensuring the code quality of the Continuous Dynamic product line, and performing manual and automated tests of web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with QA Automation engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of Continuous Dynamic product line through manual and automated testing of web applications.
- Execute and maintain automation suites, including rebasing and expanding automation jobs in CI/CD pipelines.
- Gain hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) within a continuous integration lifecycle.
- Perform acceptance, regression, usability, and exploratory testing to validate product functionality and user experience.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on QA experience in web application testing within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong knowledge of programming concepts, Linux command-line proficiency, and scripting experience (Python preferred; Ruby or Perl acceptable).
- Practical experience with web automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Robot Framework).
- Practical experience with API testing and automation utilizing Postman (or equivalent tool)
- Solid understanding of defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
- Must possess the ability to learn quickly, and be a resourceful problem-solver, seeking to understand the 'why' behind the 'what' to ensure long-term results
- Excellent defect reporting, and communication skills are required
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to build consensus.
- BE/BTech/MCA/4 years BS Degree in an Engineering, or equivalent
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Ansible
- Experience creating test cases based on design documentation (knowledge of TestLink is a plus)
- Familiarity with and/or leveraging AWS-hosted QA environments for deployment, automation, and validation tasks, primarily within dedicated QA instances
- Exposure to security testing or application security tools is a plus
