Salesforce Inc.  seeks Software Engineering PMTS in New York, NY:

Job Duties: Drive detailed design and implement solutions for Salesforce.
Use their expertise with OO programming in Java and SQL to build, enhance and maintain the Salesforce feature set, platform, and infrastructure. Code in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development. Operate effectively in the hybrid engineering model where engineers are expected to be able to design and execute the necessary work to ensure quality in their own code as well as other engineers. Understand how to use a variety of technologies appropriately to build enterprise solutions. Work with Product Managers to translate product requirements into technical designs. Perform code reviews to ensure the implementation is maintainable, supportable, resilient, and compliant to design standards and specifications. Design for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Work closely with Quality Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy highly useful, high-quality software. Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites Telecommuting is an option. 
 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering or in the job offered or Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering or in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
 

Special Skill Requirements: 1) Java (2 years); 2) Object-oriented programming (2 years); 3) SQL (1 year); 4) JavaScript (1 year); 5) HTML (1 year); 6) CSS (1 year); 7) Python; 8) C; 9) Hadoop (1 year); 10) RESTful WebServices (1 year). Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. 
 

Salary: $192,200.00 - $334,600.00 per annum.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,200 to $334,600.
