Primary Responsibilities:
- Work as a Full Stack Engineer/Tech Lead on an Agile Scrum team
- Work with Product Management and business stakeholders for Backlog refinement and planning
- Design and develop UI using modern front-end frameworks (React) with AI-powered components like smart search and adaptive interfaces
- Design and implement web services with security and AI-based threat detection
- Design and development of well documented source code using AI-assisted coding tools
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with AI-driven test automation and failure prediction
- Utilize MS Azure for cloud-based solutions, including Azure AI services for intelligent features
- Solve complex technical problems independently using machine learning models and AI algorithms
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and documentation with AI-based static analysis and intelligent test generation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on .Net, ASP.Net Core, MVC, Web API, React and SQL Server
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., Azure AI, ML.NET, TensorFlow.js)
- Solid technical expertise in CI/CD tools and MS Azure
- Familiarity with integrating AI-powered features into web applications (e.g., smart search, predictive analytics)
- Proven excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Proven growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, including AI advancements
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in cloud migration projects
