As a Software Engineering Manager within Indirect Purchasing IT, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of COSMOS, a modern global inventory management platform that replaces six legacy mainframe applications with a cloud-native solution built on Java and GCP.
You will provide technical leadership, delivery oversight, and people management for a cross-functional engineering team responsible for building scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise applications. The role focuses on modernization, enterprise integration, cloud adoption, and engineering excellence while supporting business processes across Purchasing, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and Plant Operations.

Product Strategy & Delivery
Qualifications- Partner with business stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap for COSMOS.
- Lead Agile delivery teams to deliver business value through incremental releases.
- Drive modernization initiatives that simplify business processes and improve user experience.
- Support organizational readiness through change management, adoption planning, and training activities.
- Lead software engineering teams responsible for design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Establish engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, and operational excellence.
- Drive full lifecycle ownership across development and production support activities.
- Monitor delivery, quality, reliability, and adoption metrics.
