Your expertise will be instrumental in providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the team's continued success. What you'll do as a Software Engineering Manager
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver business-critical features.
- Influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders while building strong lines of communication.
- Participate in and lead project planning and sprint planning activities, ensuring effective prioritization and resource utilization.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, mentoring team members for career growth through effective feedback.
- Establish a safe environment with a transparent and collaborative team culture.
- Inspire engineers to build testable, resilient, highly available, scalable, and innovative systems, emphasizing the importance of proper monitoring.
- Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of software alongside your team members.
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a software engineering team.
- Proficient in constructing high-quality and resilient systems.
- Proficient in the .NET ecosystem, demonstrating a solid knowledge and hands-on application.
- Practical exposure to distributed systems and the implementation of microservice architecture.
- Expertise in containerization and familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, Elasticsearch etc.
- Thorough understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
