Your role:

• Actively participate in engineering tasks and projects by writing code, contributing to the overall deliverables.
• Perform code-reviews to identify potential issues or alternative solutions.
• Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
• Take part in designing, scoping and maintaining features and components.
• Manage the product backlog with the help of the Product Owners.
• Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the teams.

• Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to deliver quality timely outcomes.
• Assist in management, including hiring, onboarding, training, and keeping management updated on team performance.

• Experience in developing mobile applications (Native, React-Native).
• Experience in FinTech.
• Experience with decentralized IT and distributed systems.
• A good understanding of the blockchain technology and the digital assets space.
• Passion for innovation and disruption in the blockchain ecosystem.

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development using React and TypeScript.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role, ideally in fast-paced product teams.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: designers, product managers, backend engineers.
• Excellent communication and people skills - you enjoy mentoring and uplifting those around you.
