Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for InterQual Customize in alignment with product roadmap and architectural standards
• Own end-to-end development activities including design, coding, testing, and production support for assigned features and components
• Contribute to system design discussions and ensure implementations follow secure, scalable, and maintainable engineering practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver committed outcomes
• Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and promote solid engineering practices, including test automation, CI/CD, and Agile delivery
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). AI Builder Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong proficiency in Java and enterprise application development
• Experience working in Agile teams and delivering high-quality solutions using CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools
• Solid understanding of system design principles, coding standards, and testing practices
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and mentor junior engineers
