As a Software Engineer for Integrations, you will be a critical contributor within a team of highly skilled software engineers and analysts focused on integrating data into and out of our Human Capital software applications. Working together with this team, our customers, and our partners, you will implement integration solutions to meet critical business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Build and optimize BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports for HR analytics and compliance
  • Develop and manage PL/SQL scripts for data manipulation and backend logic
  • Create and consume SOAP/REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange across enterprise systems
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Support functional and technical testing
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Drives a quality culture by example, encouraging quality practices in others
  • Drives code reuse; minimizes redundant development by use of pattern-based approach
  • Work within an agile development/delivery framework
  • Coordinate improvement of agile development metrics including Time to Build (TTB) and Time to Value (TTV)
  • Approach the role with a learning mindset with drive to learn new technologies and programming languages
  • Leverage AI capabilities within Oracle HCM Cloud to build a high-quality integration framework, enabling intelligent automation, enhanced data flow, and predictive insights across HR systems
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) 2025 Certified Application Integration Professional certification
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM development using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • 5+ years of PL/SQL development experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • 3+ years of experience delivering solutions within an Agile development framework
  • Proven solid communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking
