Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and continuously improve software
- Mentor the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible
- Guide and help the team adopt best engineering practices
- Support driving modern solutions to complex problems
- Builder Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Java/J2EE experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience Python, Go
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in React, Node
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in production public cloud (AWS)
- Experience working with teams that leveraged two or more of the following: continuous integration / continuous delivery tools, REST API development, serverless architecture, containerization, IaC, public / private cloud, web applications, web services, application observability and/or messaging / stream architecture
- Experience working in cross-functional teams - Solution Design, Development, Quality Engineering and DevOps
- Hands-on experience in working with standard DevOps tools:
- oBuild automation tools such as Hudson, Jenkins, Travis CI or equivalent
- oBuild Tools such as Maven, ANT, Gradle or equivalent
- oSource control tools such as Git, GitHub, SVN or equivalent
- oConfiguration tools such as Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Ansible
- Hands-on in designing software solutions and architecture
- Hands-on in using design patterns
- Hands-on knowledge in trouble shooting, performance tuning, and optimization
- Solid understanding of software engineering and processes: application security, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile, and dev-ops
- Solid, hands-on knowledge in JUnit or equivalent framework
- Solid, hands-on knowledge in PL/SQL and SQL Server/Oracle database
- Proven Tech Lead who has the capability and will to lead end-to-end software engineering - development, test automation, devops and application support
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit
- Proven solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Work experience in product engineering
- Knowledge of SAFe
- Knowledge of US Healthcare domain, in general and data analytics applications/products in particular
