Primary Responsibilities:
  • Application Development & Maintenance
    • Design, develop, and implement new features using full-stack technologies
    • Maintain and enhance existing applications for reliability, scalability, and performance
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Cloud Deployment & Infrastructure
    • Manage and maintain deployment environments in Azure Public Cloud
    • Optimize cloud resources for cost and performance efficiency
  • CI/CD & Version Control
    • Maintain and manage GitHub repositories for code versioning and collaboration
    • Implement and optimize GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated deployments
    • Ensure robust testing and validation in the pipeline for high-quality releases
  • AI/ML Initiatives
    • Drive AI/ML projects at NSIS remote sites, including model development and integration
    • Build and deploy AI Agents to automate workflows and enhance user experience
  • Python Projects & Automation
    • Maintain and improve Python-based projects and utilities
    • Automate common tasks and develop reusable tools to improve organizational efficiency
  • Collaboration & Innovation
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and contribute to product roadmaps
    • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve development processes
    • Influence technical direction and bring innovative ideas to solve complex problems
  • Quality & Standards
    • Ensure quality is built into every deliverable through rigorous testing and adherence to standards
    • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Public Cloud services
  • Solid experience in full-stack development (JavaScript/React, Node.js, or similar)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience in building AI-driven solutions
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration
  • Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, Springboot for application development and automation
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
