Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, with a solid focus on coding, testing, and debugging
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate closely with team members to design, develop, and deploy new features
- Optimize and enhance the performance of existing software applications
- Communicate effectively and regularly with management and technical support teams
- Participate in Scrum meeting, design reviews, test case reviews, and production support readiness reviews for new releases
- Support P1 Application OM & DevOps activities
- Manage Teams and assist them with solutioning & development; ensure smooth releases.

Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech./MCA (16+ years of formal education)
- 6+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar technical role
- Hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer (FSE) with a solid understanding of micro-services Architecture
- Knowledge of AI/ML - Python, LanGraph, LangChain, FastAPI
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes/NoMad, and GitHub Actions
- Proficient in AI, Angular, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Git, RESTful APIs, Splunk, MySQL, Postgres, Azure Cloud, AKS, GitHub Actions
- Demonstrated solid grasp of core design principles for building scalable and maintainable applications
- Demonstrated solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to support QA, UAT and release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance
- Proven effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven fast learner with a passion for exploring new programming languages and emerging technologies

Skills Required
