You will work closely with a mentor on products and tools for our teams and customers. This internship will focus on web services, RESTful APIs, and full-stack solutions. You will be embedded on a development team and experience the real-world of software development which will translate to an exceptional launch of your career.
The internship is part-time, a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week. We recognize that school should be your top priority and we will be flexible with your school schedule.
While working in the office will be an option for local candidates, this is a remote position allowing for further flexibility around your schedule.
What You Will Do:
Works with leadership to coordinate efforts and resolve issues
Works with other department prioritizing work assignments and act as a liaison with other departments
Performs a variety of tasks/projects that address the needs of the department
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required
Travel/Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%
Office environment with no special physical demands required
What You Will Have:
No prior work experience required, but prior internship experience preferred
Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in a University
Basic ability to problem solve/diagnose in a technical space
Basic knowledge of an applicable programming language
Solid foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software design
Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to plan and arrange activities
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
