The Role
Design and develop embedded firmware, troubleshoot and debug software using tests, emulators, simulators, IDEs, and bench testing, and conduct integration testing and design reviews. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define firmware requirements, prepare assignment plans, recommend process improvements, and support software handoff to test and evaluation teams.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Apply technical expertise, commensurate with formal training and job experience in the design and development of embedded firmware
  • Prepare detailed plans, generally spanning several weeks to months, necessary to complete assignments.
  • Troubleshoot and debug the Software using unit tests, Emulators, Simulators, IDE, and bench testing
  • Provide process improvements & recommendations
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to understand firmware requirements
  • Perform functional integration testing prior to hand-off to the test & evaluation team
  • Conduct software design reviews on assigned projects

  • Zero (0) years of related experience 
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person 
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

  • Pursuing a bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer, Software, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Prior internship experience
