Job Summary: - Assistant Vice President – Enterprise Integration

We are seeking an AVP-level hands-on Senior Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise integration, API services, IBM FileNet content management, and AI-enabled engineering solutions. The candidate will work closely with senior technology leads, architects, business partners, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and supportable solutions in a regulated banking environment.

This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership experience, production support ownership, partner with senior leads and architects, and contribute to modernization initiatives in a complex, regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities: -

  • Design, develop, enhance, and support integration solutions using the IBM webMethods product stack or comparable enterprise integration technologies.

  • Build and support REST/SOAP APIs, Java services, microservices, transformations, logging, exception handling, and reusable integration components.

  • Configure, enhance, and support IBM FileNet Content Manager, IBM Content Navigator, Enterprise Records, Datacap, or related document/content management capabilities.

  • Support document ingestion, metadata mapping, search templates, workflow integration, OCR, and intelligent document processing use cases.

  • Participate in AI-assisted engineering initiatives, including proof-of-concepts, automation opportunities, developer productivity improvements, and controlled adoption of AI coding tools.

  • Partner with business, product, platform, architecture, and support teams to clarify requirements and translate them into secure, maintainable technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and support operational stability.

Required skills

  • 7+ years of overall technology experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM webMethods integration product stack and enterprise integration platforms.
  • 5+ years of API and Java development experience, including RESTful services and microservices architectures.
  • Practical exposure to AI-assisted development and automation tools.

Preferred skills

  • Experience with IBM FileNet Content Manager, Enterprise records, Datacap,

  • Banking or financial services industry experience is strongly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is as follows:

  • New York / New Jersey: $ 100-171K

  • Non–New York / New Jersey: $ 100-154K

depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. Our hybrid work schedule is four days on-site and work remotely one day per week.
