Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a specialization in Tosca to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP, front-end, back-end, and API testing. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem solver who thrives in challenging environments. Leadership experience and expertise in test strategy creation are essential, as you will guide our testing efforts and help drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools such as Tosca.
- Experience in Playwright and other automation tools is a plus.
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Experience in intelligent automation and AI tools to enhance test automation processes preferred.
- Mentor and lead junior testers, providing guidance on best practices and automation techniques.
- Evaluate and recommend additional automation tools (e.g., Tosca) to improve testing efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues throughout the development lifecycle, offering effective solutions.
- Continuously assess testing processes and tools, driving innovations to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tosca.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end testing methodologies, as well as API testing.
- Experience with intelligent automation or AI in test automation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing test strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
