About you:

The Software Engineer supports the maintenance and evolution of native iOS and Android applications while contributing to their gradual migration to a unified React and React Native platform. They are a product-focused developer building both native and cross-platform features, improving their skills across Swift, Kotlin, and TypeScript with guidance from senior engineers. Working within a global hospitality platform, they help deliver reliable user experiences at scale while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and development workflows.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Maintain and improve native apps (bug fixes, upgrades, performance, compliance).
  • Contribute to React/React Native migration alongside senior engineers.
  • Own delivered features end-to-end and participate in on-call support.
  • Collaborate across teams and follow pragmatic engineering practices (reuse, avoid over-engineering).
Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet app performance and reliability targets (crash rates, speed, ratings).
  • Improve delivery metrics (faster changes, more frequent releases).
  • Maintain low failure rates and quickly resolve issues.
  • Support migration progress while ensuring security, quality, and AI adoption.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience in mobile and/or web development (iOS, Android, React, React Native).
  • Good understanding of CI/CD, testing, and release processes.
  • Knowledge of security, data protection, and basic governance principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure), AI tools, and evolving cross-platform architecture.
