Scope:
Receives work assignments through the team's backlog, ticketing system, or guidance from senior engineers.
Develops, tests, and supports Java-based microservices and APIs within the IAM platform.
Contributes to authentication, authorization, user management, and identity integration capabilities.
Works closely with senior engineers, architects, QA, and product teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions.
Participates in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues across development, test, and production environments.
Supports CI/CD processes and contributes to automation initiatives.
Learns and applies IAM best practices, cloud-native development patterns, and security principles.
Participates in on-call and operational support activities as required.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable Java microservices and APIs.
- Participate in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of IAM features.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across distributed systems and environments.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to code reviews and continuously improve code quality.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis activities.
- Learn and apply IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, OAuth2, and OIDC.
- Contribute to performance, reliability, and operational improvements.
- Work closely with QA, Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with Java and object-oriented programming principles.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Understanding of software testing and code quality practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn IAM technologies and cloud-native development patterns.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Spring Boot.
Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
Basic understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), or Single Sign-On (SSO).
Experience working in Agile teams.
Exposure to Azure services and DevOps practices.
