Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI/ML models for predictive analytics, automation, and anomaly detection
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python for preprocessing and model training
- Deploy AI/ML solutions as scalable microservices in Kubernetes environments
- Develop secure enterprise applications following secure coding and OWASP practices
- Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms in applications
- Build security tools for threat detection, log analysis, and vulnerability assessment
- Automate help desk ticket classification and routing using AI/ML techniques
- Develop chatbots and intelligent assistants for self-service support
- Create Python scripts to automate repetitive support and operational tasks
- Analyze ticket data to enable predictive issue resolution and trend insights
- Design and optimize Oracle database queries, schemas, and stored procedures
- Develop backend services using Python and microservices architecture
- Manage deployments and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git-based workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous innovation and process improvement
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate
- Solid programming experience in Python for backend development, automation, and AI/ML
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems and branching strategies
- Experience in developing secure applications with knowledge of OWASP best practices
- Experience in building REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes (K8s) for deployment and orchestration
- Experience in automation and scripting for IT operations or help desk processes
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and data modeling techniques
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms
- Proficiency in Oracle database development, including SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets and complex systems
- Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge of ITSM / help desk tools and ticketing systems
