What will you do?
- Reporting to an Engineering Team Lead, you'll contribute to the design, development, and testing of innovative backend solutions:
- Contribute to design discussions that shape reliable, scalable systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems for performance and reliability.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to streamline deployments.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Help with monitoring, respond to alerts, and support stabilisation as new features go live.
- Your team: You’ll be joining our Personalized Content & Integrations squad, whose mission is to empower brands to deliver tailored customer experiences and provide seamless, extensible integrations between brands and Plexure.
- Projects: The initial focus will be on platform health & engineering improvements, including performance optimisation, modernising infrastructure pipelines, increasing automated test coverage, resolving technical debt and improving delivery quality and reliability. There’ll also be opportunities to contribute to loyalty program initiatives and some frontend development for our customer portals.
- Our tech stack: C#, .NET, React, Git, SQL, Azure DevOps, YAML, Bicep and Azure services.

What are we looking for?
- A passion for back-end development.
- Experience with C#, .NET.
- Exposure to cloud-based environments (infrastructure or CI/CD experience would be a plus!).
- An interest in experimenting with AI tools.
- Someone curious who enjoys working collaboratively and tackling challenges as part of a team.
- Motivation to continue learning and developing your skillset.
